Our new "High Low Ruffle Dress" is a fun & flirty dress. The hem sweep is huge with a ruffle all around and this dress is made for dancing :) The dress has a tie under the bust with beautiful tassel endings. The dress is a very easy fit and One Size, and can fit XS-L.
